1. Zakres usług
Firma świadczy usługi polegające w szczególności na:
- pośrednictwie pracy,
- pozyskiwaniu zleceń i ofert pracy,
- rekrutacji i selekcji kandydatów,
- kojarzeniu pracodawców z kandydatami,
- usługach doradczych związanych z rynkiem pracy.
Usługi mają charakter niematerialny i są realizowane na indywidualne zamówienie Klienta.
2. Prawo do odstąpienia od umowy
Klient ma prawo odstąpić od umowy w terminie 14 dni od jej zawarcia, o ile realizacja usługi nie została rozpoczęta.
Jeżeli Klient wyraził zgodę na rozpoczęcie świadczenia usługi przed upływem 14 dni:
- traci prawo do pełnego zwrotu,
- przysługuje mu zwrot częściowy, proporcjonalny do zakresu wykonanej usługi.
3. Brak prawa do zwrotu
Zwrot środków nie przysługuje, jeżeli:
- usługa została w pełni wykonana,
- przedstawiono kandydatów lub oferty zgodnie z umową,
- doszło do zatrudnienia lub zawarcia umowy między stronami,
- usługa miała charakter pilny lub indywidualny,
- opłata dotyczyła success fee lub prowizji za skuteczne pośrednictwo.
4. Zwroty częściowe
Zwrot częściowy może zostać przyznany w przypadku:
- rezygnacji przed zakończeniem procesu rekrutacyjnego,
- braku możliwości dalszej realizacji usługi z przyczyn leżących po stronie firmy,
- istotnych uchybień w realizacji usługi.
Wysokość zwrotu ustalana jest indywidualnie, z uwzględnieniem wykonanych czynności.
5. Reklamacje
Klient ma prawo złożyć reklamację dotyczącą jakości lub zakresu usługi.

3. No Refund Applies

- the service has been fully performed,
- candidates or job offers were presented as agreed,
- employment or cooperation was established,
- the fee relates to success-based commission,
- the service was customized or urgent.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- the service is cancelled mid-process,
- the company is unable to continue the service,
- significant service deficiencies are proven.

4. Teilrückerstattungen
Teilrückerstattungen können erfolgen bei:
- Abbruch des Prozesses,
- Unmöglichkeit der Leistungserbringung,
- wesentlichen Leistungsabweichungen.
